Inspired by the iconic red roof of Pizza Hut’s restaurants, the PIZZAWRMR features a lid that opens like a laptop for hassle-free pizza access. It’s spacious enough to house several slices at a time. Ingeniously, the console’s hot exhaust is directed into this warming compartment, showcasing “science and engineering for the greater good,” according to Pizza Hut’s marketing folks.
Included in the downloadable archive are STL files along with a handy PDF guide. These resources provide detailed instructions and files necessary for printing the body, left stand, lid, and manifold, among others. The PDF notes that the design is specifically tailored for a console with exhaust vents measuring 11.7 by 1.31 inches. For those with 3D printers, a bed size of at least 15 by 15 inches is crucial to print the PIZZAWRMR. So, you might need something robust like the Elegoo Neptune 4 Max, Prusa XL, or even the Elegoo Orange Storm Giga.
To ensure your console remains pristine and free from crumbs or greasy mishaps, Pizza Hut recommends sliding a foil tray, sized 34 x 23 x 2.5 cm, inside the warmer. The reason for switching to metric measurements for the tray might be a nod to Canadian preferences. As per the guide’s final tip, fire up your console to get the PIZZAWRMR heated, then place medium pizza slices—Pizza Hut’s, of course—for the best fit.
