Unexpected ‘Part 1’ Label for Rogue Incursion

When Survios dropped their highly anticipated horror shooter, “Alien: Rogue Incursion,” last week, fans were in for a bit of a surprise with the sudden appearance of a ‘Part One’ label. The good news? You’re not getting just half a game. Instead, it’s a signal that more adventures are on the horizon.

With its debut on both PC VR and PSVR 2, many players were left wondering what this ‘Part One’ really entailed. Was it a full experience, or were we looking at an episodic release?

Upon diving into the game, it became clear that this eight-hour journey is indeed a complete experience, and we awarded it a [7/10]. Meanwhile, we’re eagerly waiting to see how the game performs on the Quest 3/3S when it launches on February 13th, 2025. Notable for its dynamic level loading, intricate textures, and robust physics interactions, it’s understandable why the studio opted to delay the Quest release initially.
